The Pasadena Strawberry Festival is a four-day event celebrating Pasadena, Texas’s heritage as the “Strawberry Capital of the South”. It takes place annually over Memorial Day weekend, typically from Thursday to Sunday, with free admission. The festival offers a variety of activities including a carnival midway, live music, contests, and delicious food vendors featuring all things strawberry, including the world’s largest strawberry shortcake. There’s also a car show, a kid’s zone, and even mutton bustin’ for some down-home Texas fun.
