Shadow Puppet Theatre-Hanukkah Bear

Shadow Puppet Theatre Thursday, December 7th at 11am presents  “Hanukkah Bear” by Eric A. Kimmel. We are celebrating the first day of Hanukkah with this delightful tale about Bubba Brayna, her famous latkes, and an unexpected visitor to her home on the first night of Hanukkah! A hungry bear, awakened from hibernation by the aroma of the latkes, is mistaken for the rabbi by Bubba Brayna; and the fun evening begins!  Included in the price of admission, which is $8 for adults and children 1 year and older.

Storybook Theatre at 11am Friday, December 8th presents How Do Dinosaurs Say Happy Chanukah” by Jane Yolen. Part of the beloved series featuring our favorite prehistoric friends, this warm and cheerful story shares the excitement, traditions (including candles, dreidels, and latkes), and temptations for misbehaving surrounding the Chanukah celebration. Included in the price of admission, which is $8 for adults and children 1 year and older
