Friendswood 4th of July Celebration DETAILS

From the organizer:

All the day’s eventare free to attend, however the wristbands (good for the day program in Stevenson Park and evening program at Centennial Park to ride the amusement rides) will allow participants unlimited access to all rides at the event, including: Small Train, Rock Wall, Photo Booth, Giant Inflatable Slide, Quad Bungee Jumper, Mechanical Bull, Face Painting, Inflatable Obstacle Course.

Parade & Festival: 10 a.m to 3 p.m. at Stevenson Park

Parade begins at 10am. The route is from Heritage Dr. and ending at Stevenson Park. Festival starts after the parade at 11am.

Fireworks and Entertainment: 7 p.m. at Centennial Park

Fireworks will begin at approximately 9:10 p.m.

  • Parking: There is no public parking at Centennial Park. Patrons take a Free shuttle bus service to/from Centennial Park from: Friendswood United Methodist Church, 110 N. Friendswood Drive, Mary Queen Catholic Church, 606 Cedarwood Dr., and Friendswood High School, 702 Greenbriar Drive. Shuttles to Centennial Park run from 6:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. (Coolers must be able to fit on your lap).
