From the organizer:
Recommended for children 3 years and older. A teaching artist will perform this inspiring tale starring an armadillo named Sandy who lives on the Houston bayou and dreams of singing. Though discouraged by the creatures he meets, Sandy is magically transformed during a storm and his shell becomes a part of a production at Houston Grand Opera.
Tickets are required for all programs, unless otherwise noted. They are free and available 30 minutes before the program begins in the Children’s Department.
