Glass in Flight at the Botanic Gardens DETAILS

From the organizer:

Join us for the opening of Glass in Flight, by Tucson artist Alex Heveri. You will be dazzled by 21 steel and hand-cut Dalle de Verre glass sculptures of gigantic, realistic insects – including butterflies, dragonflies, and bees, while strolling around the Susan Garver Family Garden. You’ll also be able to try your hand at making your own beautiful insect craft, learn all about dragonflies that live in our lagoon, and enjoy music, food and drinks.

*Must purchase admission to the Garden*

Please remember that Houston Botanic Garden offers free parking and our events are often in climate controlled environments. If you have specific questions please email us at education@hbg.org
