Make sweet holiday memories at the City of Sugar Land’s Annual Christmas Tree Lighting!
Enjoy festive live performances, photos with Santa, family-fun activities, sweet treats, a countdown to the tree lighting with fireworks and “snow” to conclude the evening.
Activities
In addition to live entertainment on the main stage, there will be a variety of Christmas activities throughout the Square including Letters for Santa, a Winter Wonderland Tree Forest, Sugar Land Lane, filled with a variety of sweet treats, an Ice Bar with hot beverages, and of course photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus!
There will also be festive strolling characters throughout the Plaza, live ice sculpting with photo opportunities and ice skating performances.
Event Timeline
Main stage activities will include holiday-themed musical and theatrical performances from local schools and community groups.
Tips
- A free shuttle service will run from Mercer Stadium, 16403 Lexington Blvd., to Sugar Land Town Square from 4:30 – 8:30 p.m. General parking will also be available in the Texas and Lone Star Garages located in Town Square.
