If I Smoked, Children’s Programming Would be more Interesting

My geez!  The people who write children’s programming have to sit around and smoke crack.  If you ever get a chance to catch ‘Kipper’ – you know, “the dog with the slipper,” don’t look at the television, just listen.  It’s like sitting in a dorm room.
