You are summoned to attend the Third Judicial District Court of the Republic of Texas at the Town of Washington!

Do you like crime dramas or courtroom epics? Then this program is for you! Step into an 1830s district courtroom and witness the recreation of Republic of Texas V. Samuel L. Smith, a horse stealing case from 1837. You will also learn about the lawyers, judges, crimes, and punishments of the early 19th century. Court will be held at 11am, 1pm and 3pm, so come out and see some Republic of Texas justice!
