Bay Explorations at GISP Become a Galveston Bay warrior and uncover life on and in the bay waters. Come join one of our weekly explorations of the connections between the mainland and our island paradise - Galveston Bay. Sandy beach access to the calm waters of this seafood nursery abound with life! Meet our naturalist guides at the newly renovated Nature Center at 10:00 am for a brief orientation before heading to the water's edge. We'll explore for about 75 minutes. Recycle and Reassemble | Drop-In Experience @ CAMH Inspired by the exhibition Nari Ward: We the People, create a sculpture using recycled materials. About a Drop-In Experience CAMH’s Drop-In Experience feature guided in-gallery discussions and pop-up activities that provide creative opportunities to experience the exhibitions on view in a unique and meaningful way. Led by our FAQ Team (Frequently Asked Questions), a group of artists and historians who assist with contextualizing CAMH’s dynamic exhibitions for diverse audiences. Drop-In Experiences are available between 1-4PM every Saturday. All ages are welcome; admission is always free.
