These 45-minute boat rides are a great way to spend the evening with your family and friends. Escape the bustle of the city and enjoy the cool breeze as you glide along Buffalo Bayou’s waters. Look for graceful herons, jumping fish, and even an occasional alligator on the banks.

What to Know

• Duration – 45 minutes
• All boat tours are subject to cancellation due to weather and water conditions.
• Take care of any “pit stops” before the tour, as the restroom on the boat is for emergencies only.
• There are 52 steps from the street level down to Allen’s Landing.
• Children under age 4 are not permitted on boat tours.

What to Bring

Dress in weather-appropriate clothing with the understanding that it will be about 5 degrees cooler on the water. For summer months, please make sure to bring sunscreen and wear a hat for sun protection, as a portion of the boat is not covered.
