Tai Chi Join us at Levy Park with the Four Dragon’s Institute for Tai Chi and Meditation every Thursday at 9 am. Practice Tai Chi to connect and focus the body and mind with slow, low-impact gentle movements and stretches. Open to all ages and levels, this class is great for those who want to de-stress, find their inner peace, and increase overall health. Yoga mats are provided for your convenience.
Homeschool Days at the Ranch The structured program option gives families the opportunity to experience specific programs at specific sites. The programs are designed for larger groups, so individual families or co-ops get the chance to participate. Structured programs are scheduled for select dates in September and January and must be booked in advance. Student Price: $7/student per program. Adult Chaperone Price: $10/chaperone per day. Parents must accompany their children throughout all programs and activities. All students must be supervised at all times. Performance | Free Diamonds @ CAMH Free Diamonds is a new series of choreographic vignettes by Artistic Director Donna Crump that examines the achievements of many unsung black heroes throughout history. Inspired by Garrett Bradley’s America (2019), the work explores what it means to be fully immersed in all things creative and free, while also engaging notions of restraint.Free Diamonds will be performed by Donna Crump and the pre-professional division dance students of the Coomer Ballet Conservatory.
