Come join one of our weekly explorations of the connections between the mainland and our island paradise - Galveston Bay. Sandy beach access to the calm waters of this seafood nursery abound with life! Meet our naturalist guides at the newly renovated Nature Center at 10:00 am for a brief orientation before heading to the water's edge. We'll explore for about 75 minutes. Yoga @ Levy Park Bayou Bliss Yoga presents a low-impact physical and spiritual fitness program which includes breath control, simple meditation, and bodily postures focused on improving physical flexibility, strength, and mental relaxation.
