Yoga @ Levy Park Bayou Bliss Yoga presents a low-impact physical and spiritual fitness program which includes breath control, simple meditation, and bodily postures focused on improving physical flexibility, strength, and mental relaxation. This hour-long program is open to Yogis of all levels.  Y­­­oga mats and yoga blocks are provided by Levy Park for your convenience.

Sprinkler Day at NDC School may have started, but here in Texas our summer heat is not quite over yet. Bring your children to the Center to cool off with a favorite summer passtime – running through sprinklers! The Center’s front lawn, Pecan Grove, will be set up with sprinklers and kiddie pools of water and water toys for a refreshing morning of water play!
