The City of Oak Ridge North will host the Fifth Annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 6th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Along with vendor booths, the event will feature great food, face painting, balloon artists, photo booth, pumpkin patch, bounce houses, trackless train, old fashion carnival games, prize giveaways and much more! The festival, sponsored by Oak Ridge North Community Affairs Committee, will be held in Marilyn Edgar Park located at 26531 Hillside Drive in Oak Ridge North. There is no charge for admission. Entertainment and public safety demonstrations are scheduled throughout the event and include: Law Enforcement K-9’s demonstrating their skills in detection and criminal apprehension. Firefighters demonstrating their equipment and offering fire safety tips. Representatives from Entergy showcasing the dangers of contact with power lines. Montgomery County Hospital District presenting a how-to demonstration of Hands-Only CPR.
